This mixed-use development will revitalize the former Molson Brewery site in Edmonton’s Oliver neighbourhood next to the future 120 Street LRT Station on 104 Avenue. Wide sidewalks, a greenway and multi-use trail will accommodate pedestrians and cyclists and provide linkages to surrounding areas.
Building on a community-based vision, this urban design plan guides future development in this unique and historic river valley neighbourhood adjacent to downtown Edmonton and the Legislature Grounds.
This Plan provides policy direction for a walkable, mixed-use community on the southeast edge of Fort McMurray. The sustainable community design concept was formulated during a four-day Design Charette.
pario - (pah-ri-ohh)
Pario is the Latin word for 'to bring forth' or 'create'.
It captures the essence of what we do at ParioPlan - creating plans based on sound land use planning principles that respond to local community needs and opportunities.
